Providing efficient administration and coordination support across all orders that are being processed through the delivery cycle.• Manage the end to end order flow, from feasibility, through order acceptance and throughout delivery.• Provide project coordination support for customer orders.• Identify issues and effectively manage escalations within the order cycle.• Work alongside the Sales teams, acting as a key contact for sales people and Delivery Partners alike.• Be able to support and step up to deliver on a Commercial order cycle which is set to increase materially over the coming years.• Help identify and implement process improvements within the delivery cycle.
