Supply chain and warehousing are often seen as backend operations. Through my on-ground experience in 3PL operations, I’ve come to see them as the real engines of reliability, scalability, and profitability for any business.Currently working as an Assistant Manager – Operations at AAJ SCM, I am closely involved in managing end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, manpower planning, WMS coordination, and client support. My role sits at the intersection of execution and problem-solving — translating client requirements into workable processes on the floor while ensuring operational discipline and cost control.I have led daily operations with a strong focus on process adherence, productivity improvement, and team ownership. Managing large shopfloor teams has taught me that sustainable performance comes not just from SOPs, but from training, clarity, and accountability at every level.With a PGDM in Operations and Finance, I naturally gravitate toward understanding the commercial side of operations — how costs, productivity, client pricing, and scale impact P&L outcomes. I have supported commercial analysis and operational inputs for profitability reviews, helping align execution decisions with business objectives.I am particularly interested in:* Process excellence and operational scalability* Warehouse and 3PL cost structures* Client onboarding and stabilization* Data-driven decision-making in operations* Building systems that work on the ground, not just on paperI believe strong supply chains are built by people who understand both the warehouse floor and the balance sheet. I’m keen to grow into roles that offer higher ownership, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to building scalable logistics businesses in India.
