About Yashwanth Radhakrishnan
My Food Science Research team is actively involved in application-focussed discovery and translational research for ITC Foods Business. Our major objectives are to develop i) functional bioactives with strong biosciences & clinical substantiation, ii) superior sensory products with deep expertise in food structuring & design, rheology, sensory sciences etc, cost effective technologies to derisk such as HFSS and iv) expand scientific capabilities to create future ready platforms that would enable innovation driven food products.
