Yashwanth is on a Final journey to become Chartered Accountant. He was engaged in Hedge Funds Department in one of the Top Global companies i.e, Morgan Stanley as an Industrial Trainee, which included preparation of Financial Reports of US and Canada Hedge Funds and PE Funds as per US GAAP which is passed on to the Accredited Investors and HNI\'s and analysis of the same across the Fund Structure as per Operational Memorandum of the Funds. He was engaged in Governance, Risk and Compliance Audits previously, which includes Operational Review of AIF Operations from end to end processes and made automation a part of the same with novel techniques which serves a ease of review to meet up stringent deadlines. He believes in exploring himself in different areas to discover his hidden potential and building it for growth and for others\' well-being and motivation. He secured highest grade in State in XII standard. He has been awarded with Best Article of the Year award from his firm for timely deliverables, grace under pressure, new ideas with respect to automation, ease of work etc,
