ABOUT YASHSHRI TARE
I am a Structural / Bridge Engineer with 8+ years of experience working on bridge infrastructure projects across India, the UK, USA, Canada, and Sweden.My work involves the design, analysis, and assessment of RCC and PSC structures, including bridge superstructures, integral bridges, culverts, portal frames with experience in seismic design. I develop and review structural models using SOFiSTiK, and MIDAS, and deliver design and assessment calculations and reinforcement drawings in compliance with Eurocodes, Swedish Annex (TDOK), UK standards, AASHTO-based requirements, and Indian codes.I have contributed from bid stage through detailed design to construction support, working with multidisciplinary international teams and supervising CAD technicians to ensure accurate, code-compliant, and constructible deliverables. Currently with Stantec, and previously with Ramboll, I bring a strong focus on client coordination, technical clarity, and reliable delivery within multidisciplinary project environments.
