I started my career from Fusion BPO services as a CSA then worked on my skills and got the knowledge about excel and that was the turning part of my professional life because here i decided that i may my whole career in WFM domain. Then due to some Enforcing reason i had left Fusion and joined Tech Mahindra where i was promoted as a Sr. WFM Associate and grab the knowledge as much as possible Interacting with sharing RCA and all required reports like SL, AHT, login log out toggling and many more. I have good command of Avaya CMS and also have the knowledge about IEX, Genesis Cloud.
