Responsibilities-To monitor all shift related activities as per targets.2.Planning and optimise consumption of powder, consumables, manpower,resources.3.Monitoring of hour by hour conveyor output and taking actions on issue/losses daily arrising.4.Monitoring and compliance of shift wise production plan.5.To ensure safety culture in plant, adherence to all safety measures in shift, identification, closure near miss, non standard activity.6.Monthly, daily production planning, conveyor lot planning.7.To make daily paint shop stock report for further planning.8.To monitor and reduce Inhouse rework and rejection.9.To improve first pass ration.10.To perform SAP activities- Productions punching, Consumable Reservation, PR generation, New part code generation.11.Manpower handling, training, awareness, skill enhancement.12.To achieve quality standards of component.To face central quality, customer, safety, Third party audits and closure of Nc\'s.13.To make MIS reports, MRM, action plan etc.14.To do kaizen, cost saving, Improvement through small changes
