I started my journey as a HR Recruiter with Tech Mahindra business services on designation of HR executive.As I started working with organization for 3 months it was very tough for me cause I was not having co-operate company experience for end to end recruitment.I was ready to give up but then I thought I should give it a try for more few months then started taking work more seriously and I worked hard for it then I was able to overcome what I was facing with this field. This field thought me that we should be patient and no matter what problems we face we should never backdown.Tip : Bonding is very important with Higher Management.
