My journey spans from understanding business and user needs to defining strategic roadmaps and driving iterative product development. I focus on building solutions that align with business goals while delivering exceptional user experiences.Recently, I was engaged with Siemens Healthineers. The company presented a hackathon challenge aimed at improving pediatric patient experiences to align with their business goal of pioneering healthcare for everyone, everywhere, sustainably. Following a hackathon-winning idea to address this challenge, a team was formed, and I took on product management responsibilities to drive the development of a mobile/web app for child patients and doctors, guiding it from concept to a market-ready product. Collaborating closely with a team of six students, we built a functional prototype in just 100 days. The initial success and positive interest from business partners and customers enabled further development, leading to a market-ready product within a year. This solution earned global recognition, receiving the \'Most Innovative Project\' award at the Annual Think Tank Summit at Siemens Healthineers.Another impactful experience in my career was joining Indra, an early-stage startup navigating the challenges in managing its product portfolio and solving operational issues.I joined as the third team member, assisting the founders in navigating these complexities. I led the end-to-end development of new products to expand the portfolio, integrated digital platforms for industrial project management and inventory control, built an efficient team, and optimized the supply chain to ensure a smooth market entry for Indra\'s products.These efforts strengthened operational efficiency, establishing a strong workplace foundation.
