At Triune, I work across leasing, project coordination, and client management to support the company’s large-scale real estate initiatives. My role involves- Developing leasing strategies by analyzing competitor data, tenant requirements, and market insights to optimize occupancy and rental value-Engaging directly with potential tenants to understand their operational needs, prepare proposals, and assist in negotiations to close successful lease deals-Overseeing on-site construction progress, ensuring project milestones are achieved within stipulated timelines, and coordinating with multiple technical teams including façade, construction, STP/WTP, and consulting partners- Drafting and reviewing lease agreements and related documentation for clients across the entire Triune Group, ensuring alignment with compliance and client objectives.
