Working with Lupin Limited as their Global Head of Human Resources. Lupin is a pioneering generics pharma company from India that has steadily grown to become a true multi-national pharma major globally. My tour of duty in this company, which involves moving the needle from good to great in many areas and leading and supporting the strategic business transformation, which will keep/make the organisation fit for purpose and future ready. In March 2019, assumed additional responsibility alongside my CHRO role as Co-Lead of the Business Transformation office at Lupin. Spearheading a very exciting and challenging transformation program globally, which is set to make Lupin a diffrentiated trans-national company in the Global Healthcare Industry.
