Developing tests & research for Reticle handler of NXT870 & lithography machine for better efficiency- Working on Failure Mode & Effect Analysis for critical parts in the machines. More about NXT - EUV might be in the news a lot, but we’re also breaking ground in DUV (deep ultraviolet) lithography machines. Our new TWINSCAN NXT:870 is our first-ever machine to reach a throughput of 330 wafers per hour – helps chipmakers to increase throughput by 27% compared to previous systems-The NXT:870 also delivers a cost reduction of ~20% compared to the previous generation of NXT ‘dry’ lithography systems.
