He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with ~7 years of post qualification experience in M&A, Transaction Advisory Services, Due Diligence, International Taxation, Tax Structuring, Investor Relationship, etc. He performs task such as preparation of Financial models, Investor Presentations, Information Memorandum (Pitchbook), Industry Analysis, Peer Benchmarking, due diligence etc. He has worked with various startup companies (Indian Unicorns), Private equity funds and Multinational companies on their Pre-IPO structuring, India Investment & exit strategy and Organization restructuring for synergy / operational efficiencies. Prior to qualification he has completed 3 years of Internship with well known CA firm where he gained experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and India Tax compliance for various companies in Banking, Insurance and Information technology sector.
