ABOUT YASHITA SRIVASTAVA

Hi, I’m Yashita. I love to be in the aura of people who bring in a lot of positivity and craziness on the table. Well, I believe in the solid amalgamation of hard work and the smart work. Professionally, you’ll find me working on strategies and delving into solving the deeper problems of Human Resources - oh yes! That’s what I do at our very own LinkedIn’s Top Start up currently. You’ll hardly find me working on one thing because yes, multitasking helps a lot. And yes, from working on sheets to working on the SOPs, the journey has been nothing less than a roller coaster ride because as they say, “You’re supposed to wear multiple hats at a start up” - that’s what truly happens (speaking from my own experiences)Now, hoping on to the hobbies and the core interest- I love to write poetry and I’m a big fan of singing and even love listening to a lot of music. Until then, keep supporting and let’s make it big in life:)P.S: As much as people see the glory out there, let me be honest and tell you I’ve seen the worst moments as well, where people questioned left, right and centre in the choices I made but as I believe in, “Results speak louder than anything” - I’ve always allowed results only to do the talking for me.
