I am a 4th-year B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) student at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, with a strong interest in General Corporate law, particularly M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital. Through internships at leading firms, I’ve gained practical exposure to corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. Beyond academics, my involvement in moot courts and university committees has enhanced my advocacy, leadership, and teamwork skills. As I move closer to my legal career, I look forward to contributing meaningfully in the corporate and transactional law space.
