I\'m Yashika, an MMS (HR) candidate who sees people and data as two sides of the same coin.My BMS in Human Resource gave me a well-rounded understanding of the HR function, and my master\'s is sharpening the strategic edge, helping me understand not just who to hire or retain, but why and how to measure it and achieve organisational goals. This includes supporting organisations through structured policy administration, statutory compliance, and HR operations that keep people processes running smoothly and legally sound.Through HR internship experience, I\'ve worked hands-on with sourcing, screening, pipeline management, Employee engagement and end-to-end hiring coordination.
