ABOUT YASHI MISHRA

I am a BBA (Digital Business) student, currently in my 6th semester, with practical exposure to event management, operations, leadership, and human resources.I currently serve as the Event Management Team Head at the Alumni Cell, National PG College, where I lead the planning and execution of events, manage teams, and ensure smooth coordination. Previously, I worked as an Event Coordinator, which helped me build a strong foundation in teamwork and organizational skills.Alongside my academic journey, I work as an Operations Manager at Voisce Holidays and Events, where I have successfully managed and executed events for reputed organizations such as HUL, Tata, and Sava Globals. These experiences have strengthened my skills in operations management, client coordination, problem-solving, and on-ground execution.I have also completed an HR Internship at Shine Projects, gaining exposure to HR operations, recruitment processes, and recruitment support, which enhanced my understanding of corporate work culture.I am recognized for my strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and adaptability. I am a quick learner who enjoys taking initiative and embracing new challenges.Beyond my professional interests, I am actively involved in animal welfare initiatives, reflecting my values of empathy, responsibility, and social awareness.
