About Yashi Bisht

I am currently pursuing the Post Graduate Programme in Management at the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli, building on the academic foundation laid during my undergraduate studies in the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Bodh Gaya, from where I graduated in 2025. The IPM program equipped me with a multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving, combining business fundamentals with critical thinking and analytical rigor. During my undergraduate studies, I also interned in diverse domains across industries to further hone my skills.As part of my corporate internship at MitCarbon Ventures, I conducted outreach to over 60 industry professionals to support in-depth carbon market analysis, while also contributing to research initiatives focused on identifying sustainability trends in rural contexts.Additionally, I undertook a social internship with the Niranjana River Recharge Mission, where I led field research and stakeholder engagement across 8+ rural societies. This experience helped me diagnose key water-related challenges at the grassroots level and enhanced my understanding of sustainable development and community impact.During my internship with The Mango Jelly, I applied the STP framework to develop customer segmentation and crafted tailored value propositions in line with the evolving demand for AI-powered solutions.In addition to all of this, I also won the 2nd prize in Odyssey 3.0, the flagship marketing quiz competition of IIM Bodh Gaya, recognizing my interest and aptitude in marketing strategy and business problem-solving.
