About Yash Hatekar

I am a Master of Science student in Computer Science at Indiana University Bloomington, with a passion for machine learning and data science. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, where I graduated in 2019 with honors.Before pursuing my master\'s degree, I worked as an Analyst at Deloitte for two and a half years, where I contributed to multiple projects involving data mining, and data analysis. I received a Spot Award for leading the CA module proactively and delivering quality results on time and within budget. I also enhanced my communication and writing skills by completing several certifications from Lynda.com, such as Public Speaking Foundations, Business Writing Principles, and Outlook 2019 Essential Training.My goal is to leverage my academic and professional background to pursue full-time opportunities in machine learning and data science starting in 2024. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to solve real-world problems and create value for organizations and society. I am also keen to learn from and collaborate with experts and peers in the field.
