During the Time of Articleship- I was part of Project finance team where I prepared Loan documents, Basic Project Report, CMA Data, Appraisal Note, Brief of proposal, Net Worth Statement & also applied application of Electricity, Investment, Interest & other subsidies available to industries- Representation of various cases before General Manager & officer of District Industrial Centre (DIC) office, Branch Manager & Credit Manager of Banks- Preparation & Filling of GST return along with computation of GST liability, Outward Tax Liability, Eligible Input Tax Credit, Reversal of Input Tax Credit as well as assist in examination of GST Compliances- Prepared detailed tax return for High Net-worth Individual (HNIs), corporations, and various assesses incorporating tax planning strategies aimed at minimizing tax liability- Conducting ROC compliance activities, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and timely submission of requisite documents in accordance with company law- Contributed to the audit team responsible for conducting tax audits of private companies and various assesses including the finalization of financial statement
