Dr. Yash Parikh is a Process Engineering Consultant at EOS North America, acting as a strategic bridge between fundamental research and scalable industrialization. With over a decade of experience in Additive Manufacturing (AM), he drives initiatives to accelerate the qualification of Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) systems. His work revolves around advancing process repeatability, integrating AI/ML for in-situ monitoring, and solving complex challenges in material reliability. A proven research leader, Yash has secured over $5 million in funding as Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-PI from major agencies including AFRL, ONR, America Makes, and LIFT, fostering critical partnerships between industry, academia, and government.Prior to joining EOS, Yash advanced AI-enabled AM frameworks as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Carnegie Mellon University’s NextManufacturing Center. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he was a Pathways to the Doctorate Fellow and garnered significant attention for his research on property-graded bulk structures.
