Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical experts, consultants, and solution architects, to gather information and insights for proposal content• Proposal Strategy: Ensure proposal documents incorporate win strategy and themes, differentiators, and technical solutions, reflecting a thorough understanding of requirements and a solution rich in strengths and risk mitigations• Content Management: Maintain a repository of up-to-date proposal content, case studies, project profiles, and other reusable materials that can be tailored to specific client requirements• Deliverables Management: Manage the finalization and delivery of the proposal to the client, adhering to submission deadlines and any specific submission requirements. Escalate to senior management when proposal deliverables are at risk.
