Experienced and highly motivated engineer and underground segment manager with a 15-year track record in the civil construction sector. My career trajectory has evolved from a technical support engineer to UGC segment manager in the Middle East and Gulf region from 2006 to 2020. Following a successful tenure in the Middle East and Gulf, I transitioned to Australia in 2021, assuming the role of \"Senior Technical Engineer\" in the tunnelling division. Since then, I have played a pivotal role in driving and leading a thriving and profitable business in the region, contributing to the continued success and growth of the tunnelling division. Key Accomplishments: Successfully managed and enhanced a healthy business segment across three countries in the Underground division, driving improvements in profitability for MBS/BASF within a larger team over the past years. Applied high standards, modern technologies, and up-to-date product/know-how knowledge to meet market needs, specializing in ground support and stabilization, injection, TBM, waterproofing, rock bolting and anchoring, concrete mix design, concrete repairs and protections, sprayable materials, and performance flooring. Established a dynamic atmosphere conducive to positive client-driven thinking for effective problem-solving. Introduced innovative concepts and technologies for safer, faster, and more cost-effective underground projects. Led technical and commercial negotiations with main contractors, engineers, and owners, implementing more cost-effective approaches and ensuring quality assurance. My expertise lies in creating and implementing solutions that enhance business efficiency, profitability, and overall project success. I am now seeking new opportunities to contribute my skills and experience to further advance the objectives of a dynamic organization in the mining and construction industry.
