Yash is an Audit & Assurance Manager with Deloitte and Touche LLP ( AERS) who has been providing rich client audit service to a variety of TMT and Manufacturing clients along with experience and key knowledge in SEC reporting, US GAAP reporting and Financial Statement audit. To complement, Yash brings to the table some steely commitment and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver what is necessary for the business and the client\'s that he serves. And while he consider business interests paramount, he believes in making a conscious effort in applying the same level of importance to his team, colleagues and people associated with him. Yash has played a pivotal role in driving the Deloitte USI - Deloitte Israel Audit & Assurance Practice since 2020 in collaborating with the Israel member firm Partner & Managing Director Network serving PCAOB and FRC registered clients in the TMT, Manufacturing, Hospitality industry. Yash also supports serving early stage start up clients from the US and Israel markets. Apart from this, Yash is a passionate lover of Technology and Innovation and believes in the Power of Innovation in Audit. He has been the youngest finalist for Deloitte\'s Audit Innovation Challenge 2019 having got an opportunity to present and pitch for his award winning innovation model in front of the Executive Committee for Deloitte Audit and Assurance practice at the age of 23 in Deloitte University, Dallas having the potential to drive the firm\'s growth strategy globally.During his leisure time, he is a long time football player, a stand up comedian and a passionate aviation geek.
