Roles and Responsibilities* Understand client requirements and create tailored job roles, selection processes, and assessment strategies accordingly.* Develop and execute effective talent search strategies using internal databases, job portals, networking, and proprietary assessment platforms.* Evaluate candidate resumes to match them with specific job requirements.* Coordinate end-to-end campus recruitment activities, including scheduling on-campus interviews, managing interview panels, and acting as the liaison between clients and educational institutions.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and campuses to ensure alignment with hiring needs and long-term collaboration.* Position relevant candidates to clients, facilitate interviews, track interview outcomes, and ensure timely closures of open positions.* Manage and update interview trackers and recruitment dashboards; share detailed reports with clients including selection, rejection, and feedback summaries.* Handle multiple interview panels and recruitment drives simultaneously with strong logistical and communication coordination.* Ensure strict adherence to internal quality frameworks, including process compliance, usage of resume database tools, and participation in team development initiatives.
