About Yash Vaidya
Hi there I’m Yash, a final-year Computer Engineering student passionate about creating scalable, intelligent, and user-focused software products. My primary areas of interest include Full-Stack Web Development, AI integration, and automation-driven SaaS platforms that solve real-world problems efficiently. Currently, I’m serving as the President of the Computer Engineering Department Forum, where I lead technical teams, mentor students, and oversee innovation-driven initiatives. I also had the privilege of organizing our department’s flagship annual technical event, TechKnowledge, in both 2024 and 2025, which helped me sharpen my leadership, coordination, and community-building skills. On the technical side, I’ve gained hands-on experience with: Frontend: React.js, Next.js 14, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript Backend: FastAPI (Python), Express.js (Node.js), MongoDB AI Tools: OpenAI API, Gemini API, LangChain (beginner) Dev Tools: Git, Postman, Vercel, Figma I’ve built and contributed to several AI-powered projects, including TaskOrbits (an AI-based task management platform), FarmPulse (an agriculture assistant with crop disease prediction), and an AI Bias Checker tool. I’m currently focusing on strengthening my System Design, Backend Architecture, and DSA foundations to become a top 1% developer and a future tech entrepreneur who builds solutions that empower others.
