Data analysis and report generation as per requirements of Executive team-Troubleshooting routine Salesforce incidents, thru Incident management tool named ServiceNow-Preparing technical as well as end-user documentation for various automations, processes and business flows. Training of new Salesforce Users on the platform and making video recordings for each training, to enhance efficiency-Presenting various salient features of Salesforce to the department supervisors and executive team, to enhance awareness on how Salesforce can help to increase productivity and overcome challenges and pain-points, being faced by teams in day-to-day operations.
