The 2026 roadmap expands Jeeva into a full enterprise digital worker platform across three product teams: Front Office Workers: Revenue workers in production today, with Customer Service, Marketing, and RevOps workers planned next. Back Office Workers: 10 IT Digital Workers shipping through 2026 across Help Desk, Salesforce Administration, IAM, NOC Monitoring, IT Compliance, SOC Tier 1, Incident & Change Management, System Administration, IT Asset & SaaS Ops, and Employee Onboarding & Offboarding. Worker Builder Platform: Launching in June 2026, enabling enterprise users to design, configure, and deploy their own autonomous workers with tasks, skills, memory, human-in-the-loop gates, and measurable outcomes. Jeeva’s architecture is built for long-running autonomous execution. Core innovations include persistent worker memory, sub-agent parallelism, context compaction, planner-executor separation, self-healing runtimes, and exactly-once workflow replay.
