   Work closely with the Product, Engineering & Contract Manufacturer teams in support of identifying and correcting issues underlying customer complaints/returns.\\\\n• Responsible for sustaining quality oversite of all Away From Home Brewer models.\\\\n• Work closely with Contract Manufacturers to ensure fixes are cut in timely and accurately.\\\\n• Work closely with data analytics, internal testing & service and customer care team to assess reasons for replacements and returns.\\\\n• Perform Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and ROI assessments to justify and prioritize corrective action improvements.\\\\n• Lead quality review and report to internal Senior Leadership and external vendor teams.\\\\n• Coordinate retailer reverse logistics and brewer recycling/refurbishment programs.\\\\n• Lead quality interface with 3rd party logistics (3PL) to coordinate inventory holds and rework as well as assessment and disposition of non-conformances.\\\\n• Support packaging category team to ensure product packaging testing meets required standards.\\\\n• Lead and execute corrective action and preventive action (CAPA/8D) process for all issues related to brewers.\\\\n• Evaluate current hardware and software test methods, propose, and implement additional testing to current product platform.\\\\n• Establish standard procedure formats and maintain library of QC protocol documents that can be used as guide for the team.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
