Constantly monitoring the ticketing tool, and having done a deep analysis of the same assigning it ahead to self or the respective resource/team based upon the requirement.\\\\n2. Interacting with the client on the PA/OM related issues and ensuring timely solving the case with utmost efficiency and client satisfaction.\\\\n3. Actively taking task task up and getting enrolled in upgrade and refresh activities and effectively performing my responsibilities.\\\\n4. Working closely with other resource on their respective area cases and having done a deep analysis of the same understanding the possible solution ensuring to be able to support by being able to handle similar cases in future. Also being a back up resource for certain modules.\\\\n5. Having a time to time study done on the received learning Docs, architectural diagrams and previously solved cases for a better understanding of the process.\\\\n6. Creating monthly reports on the cases occurring throughout the month in order to look out for critical and urgent issues and also check for scope of improvement in the respective module. Also which helps to understand which module has the most cases and what areas have repetitive cases occurring.\\\\n\\\\n7. Training and helping the new joiner\'s/YP\'s of the project with the orientation and introduction to the project along with ensuring they have all the necessary access so as to understand the overall landscape.\\\\n8.
