About Yash Sarin
As a Software Engineer at Ayu Health Hospitals, I develop and maintain services using Java, Spring Boot, Dropwizard, and Elastic Search, with a focus on fast searching and metrics. I work on projects end to end, from business requirement discussions to design docs, estimating timelines and dev work.I Designed and implemented a system to extract information from PDFs using Python, integrating generative AI to identify violations in several document types like final bills, lab reports. This enhanced the accuracy and efficiency of the document processing workflowI have designed and implemented a new service using Elastic Index and Aggregations to keep track of top referral agents, monthly comparisons, and agents who need attention. I also ran a migration to provide support for existing agents. I graduated with a Master\'s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from IIT Guwahati in 2021, where I honed my skills in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. I also have a Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics from Shivaji College. I am passionate about learning new technologies and optimizing performance.
