ABOUT YASH SALIAN

I am an early engineer at Elchemy, which recently raised its Series A funding. We are changing the global chemical distribution through industry-first technology and a highly efficient supply chain. As part of the engineering team, I contribute to building products, growing the team, and fostering a tech-first culture within Elchemy and the chemical industry.Previously, I was part of the digital team at WhiteCrow Research Group. I played a key role in developing various HR-tech products (ATS, talent sourcing, and SEO-optimised career page), used by thousands of recruiters, candidates, and large MNCs.I focus on solving industry problems effectively and prefer to remain tech-stack agnostic, though I have over four years of expertise in JavaScript and full-stack development.Outside of tech, I enjoy backpacking across the country, meeting new people, and trying different foods.Always open to connecting with new people!
