I am a B.Com (Hons.) student at the University of Delhi with practical exposure across Human Resources, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Accounting and MSME research.Currently, I am working as an HR Management Trainee at Agile Capital Services, where I am gaining cross-functional exposure to HR practices, sales, marketing and business development. The internship has also provided me with exposure to financial products and the process of communicating investment-related offerings to prospective customers.Previously, I completed an internship with Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB), New Delhi, where I gained practical exposure to India's MSME ecosystem, banking, finance, entrepreneurship and business operations.During my LUB internship, I worked on research and assignments covering areas such as:• MSME development and government schemes• Banking and credit systems• MSME finance and challenges• Digital and online banking• Udyam Registration• Government e-Marketplace (GeM)• Succession planning in family businesses• Financial markets and investmentsI also had opportunities to interact with business owners, entrepreneurs and industry professionals, attend workshops and webinars, and participate in industrial and financial-sector exposure visits.One of the key academic projects I worked on was:“A Comprehensive Study of India's MSME Sector: Working, Administration, Schemes and Global Insights.”I also gained industrial exposure through a visit to Uniline Energy India, where I observed the manufacturing and packaging process and interacted with company management regarding business operations, challenges and future expansion.Additionally, I participated in an exposure visit to Kotak Mutual Fund, which provided practical exposure to mutual funds, investments and financial markets.My internship work at LUB was recognized with Best Performance recognition and a Letter of Recommendation, particularly acknowledging the depth, clarity and analytical nature of my research work.I have also completed Deloitte Data Analytics and KPMG US Audit job simulations through Forage, which further strengthened my exposure to professional business environments.
