I’ve had a pretty unconventional career path. I did a Diploma in Fashion, but started out in IT as a sales exec for a travel company. Then I moved into service with Virgin Media for the UK market, handled digital marketing for sales teams at Twitter, and later jumped into SaaS as an SDR. That’s when I discovered my real passion—customer success. I love onboarding and training customers on products, and Trainn has been an amazing place to learn and grow in a startup environment. Right now, I’m exploring more about the GTM side of SaaS at Chargebee.
