I’m a detail-oriented and proactive individual with hands-on experience in food safety, quality control, and analytical auditing.Currently, I’m interning at Apsara Ice Cream LLP as a Food Safety Internal Auditor, where I conduct internal audits using iAuditor to ensure compliance with FSSAI and in-house quality standards. My role involves evaluating hygiene practices, verifying documentation, and supporting continuous improvement within food safety management systems (FSMS).Previously, I completed an internship at ITCFSAN under FSSAI as a QC Laboratory Assistant, where I performed food quality testing, maintained data accuracy, and supported compliance with national food safety standards. This experience strengthened my understanding of analytical testing, documentation, and regulatory processes.Alongside my academic and professional journey, I actively follow the stock market, tracking equities, ETFs, gold, and silver daily. I also stay informed on macroeconomic and geopolitical developments to evaluate their potential impact on financial markets and investor sentiment. This practice has enhanced my analytical thinking, pattern recognition, and decision-making skills, complementing my technical foundation in food science and nutraceuticals.Driven by curiosity and continuous learning, I consistently stay updated on emerging technology trends and innovations, including artificial intelligence (AI), leveraging digital resources to expand my understanding of modern tools, devices, and industry advancements.My goal is to combine scientific precision, market awareness, and technological insight to grow in fields that involve quality assurance, compliance, and data-driven analysis.
