Monitor global network infrastructure using NMS and alerting tools • Perform Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for network-related incidents involving routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and WAN links. • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level 3 teams, vendors, or telecom providers as per SLA and escalation matrix. • Coordinate with internal teams (NOC, SOC, IT support) and external partners to ensure swift incident resolution. • Provide real-time fault isolation and analysis, including packet trace review and performance metrics. • Document incidents, actions taken, and resolution steps in ticketing systems • Support change management activities, network maintenance windows, and service restorations. • Maintain updated documentation, network diagrams, shift handover notes, and incident reports. • Perform routine health checks, link utilization tracking, and preventive monitoring for early fault detection. • Adhere to ITIL processes and GNCC standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Participate in 24x7 operations, including rotational night and weekend shifts.
