Unfortunately I don’t have superpowers… but similar to an avenger, I’m working hard to make the world a better place, one City at a time.I have the pleasure of working with municipalities and other public sector authorities across North America to improve the service delivery of essential functions. From designing IT strategies and analyzing business processes to shaping customer experience and conducting organizational reviews, I am grateful to be helping local governments more efficiently cater to the people who rely on these services the most.Prior to Blackline, my career centred around the automation of financial reporting. This is where I developed a passion for data-driven transformation.Outside of work, I’m a lifelong soccer fan and currently building a side venture to elevate the sports profile in Canada ahead of the World Cup. I also prioritize movement, time in nature (when it’s not freezing), time with loved ones and mindfulness — helping me stay grounded, grateful and connected to the bigger picture.
