ABOUT YASH MATERE

Hello, my name is Yash Anil Matere and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Construction Project Management from RICS School of Built Environment (Amity University). I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering from Datta Meghe College of Engineering (Mumbai University). I have gained experience in the field of project management through various internships and trainee positions. I was a Project Management Intern at CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd, Mumbai for two months in 2022, where I worked on project planning and coordination. I also completed a two-month internship at JAAP Builders in 2021, where I gained experience in project operations and coordination. In 2019, I worked as a Trainee Engineer at CIDCO (NAINA), where I focused on project monitoring and control. In terms of technical skills, I have expertise in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Projects, CostX, and MS Word. I also have experience in real estate valuations, financial modelling, financial analysis, data analytics, cost estimations, market research, report writing, creating presentations, and mapping. I have worked on various academic projects, including the valuation of trade-related property and mixed-use property, micro-market analysis for residential projects, financial analysis of construction companies, and hedonic pricing models for hotels in Dehradun. My managerial skills include leadership qualities, analytical thinking, decision making, team playing, self-starting, and communication skills. Additionally, I have completed certification courses in financial literacy and water resource development and management for the rural sector. Aside from my professional and academic experience, I have been actively involved in student organizations during my time at Datta Meghe College of Engineering, serving as the Head of Events and Head of Publicity. I have also organized an anti-narcotics awareness program. In my free time, I enjoy trekking, photography, traveling, and playing chess, cricket, and badminton.
