Working with team providing L3 support to the global messaging infrastructure on Exchange, Office 365 including the secured boundary of Mimecast solution.Installing and configuring Exchange servers from version 2010, 2013 and currently with Exchange 2016 from scratch to production delivery.Creating new exchange Databases, seeding existing databases to other servers.Completed migration of Exchange 2016 from exchange 2010 environment with almost 80k of mailboxes all across the globe.Configure Hybrid environment with mail on cloud in office 365 with Edge servers and Mimecast configuration.Hands on experience of user\'s local PST migration to Azure blob, using SAS URI and AZcopy, without using any third party tool.Installation and configuration of MS Exchange Server 2016 in POC and Production Environment.Troubleshoot issue related ECP, OWA, Active Sync, mail flow issue.Exchange compliance management with in-place eDiscovery & hold, audit logs, DLP, Journaling etc.Installation and renewal of Exchange SSL Certificate.Creating and applying retention tags and retention policies in production environment.Configure all IIS settings for all Exchange virtual Directories.Configuring and Working on IronPort (Cisco C670 and M1060) devices with all mail filters and E-mail security Policies.Installing and configuring complete Disaster Recovery environment for Exchange recovery.Problem identification, troubleshooting, resolution or escalation with in SLA. Co ordinate with security team on E-mail sanitization requests with Exchange compliance tools and Message tracking from PowerShell and GUI.Ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents in Service now. Troubleshooting on virtual and physical servers remotely via Xen centers, VM ware and ILO.
