I have always been interested in Business and IT. Being humble and good in IT made me to be a Technical Support executive. I started my career with Concentric (Process - Dell) in 2020. Being good in my job, I got promoted earlier and became Technical Support Executive II.I have learned Cloud computing, Virtualization, MCSE, CCNA & Linux. Having an interest in all aspects of Information Technology brought me to Realtime Data Services. The company managing and offering various cloud solutions. Working as an Onboarding engineer made me learn Project management, Process Flows, Client-Relationship management, Engagement with multiple stakeholders and most important Customer Success.No IT service or consultation would work if a client is not up for it. So, we are gaining all the important factors of business. I have also gained expertise in Cloud solutions & Migrations (AWS, Azure, VMWare).
