My focus is on optimizing high-volume facilities and establishing scalable automation practices that streamline warehouse processes and improve productivity.I’ve managed large-scale projects, including launching a fully automated sq. ft. facility that processes up to parcels per hour, valued at $36M. My work has consistently delivered high ROI, from implementing 12 conveyor assembly lines that generate $17M in annual revenue to deploying robotic systems across multiple sites, saving $1.5M in labor costs annually.
