Oversee and manage andrology operations across multiple centers in the zone- Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards in sample handling and processing- Train and guide lab technicians and center staff on andrology protocols- Monitor inventory and ensure availability of critical andrology supplies- Analyze and report key metrics related to semen analysis and other tests- Implement corrective actions based on audit findings or performance gaps- Conduct regular zone visits to ensure process consistency and address challenges- Support new center setups with technical planning and resource allocation- Collaborate with R&D and central lab teams for process improvements.
