My job description includes:* Manage overall Visa Application Process with their related output and taking care of end to end Travel. Explaining the procedure and guidelines of the consulate to the applicants. Collecting complete documents, for visa processing, preparing visa request letters & address proof letters required for diplomatic missions.* Work closely with attorney/ immigration law firm to prepare petition & drafting of support letters for securing Work Permit approval.* Counsel business on all kinds of VISA & visa stamping requirements. Ensure that each application is screened, submitted to embassy and mock interviews with employees are conducted to achieve 95% visa success * Responsible for managing and coordinating the on-site travel of the employees of the company at their U.S, U.K, Europe, APAC and middle east regions.* Responsible for applying visa for the company employees, for countries US (B1-B2, Blanket L-1, Individual L-1 and H-1), Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, UK, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, UAE etc.(All Business Visa and Work Permits)* Preparing Assignment letters and their related addendums/ extension letters for Short term and Long Term movements covering Project details with BU code, Taxes, working hours, international adjustment allowance, Per diem etc.* Arranging for their air tickets, accommodation and Foreign exchange & overseas insurance issuance along with employee communication as a part of the administration group.* Providing onsite session and visa interview Briefing sessions to the applicants.* Efficient assistance for administation, talent acquisition & HR activities.
