My work focuses on improving productivity, optimizing processes, and driving operational efficiency on shop floors.Through my academic background and industry exposure, I have developed a strong interest in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and supply chain operations. I enjoy analyzing real production environments, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing practical solutions that enhance workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.During my internships and project experiences, I worked on time studies, efficiency analysis, rejection reduction, and supply chain coordination.
