I am a seasoned Technology Leader with 14+ years of experience in multiple domains. Currently with VISA Digital And Developer Platform (DDP) for the last 4 years as Technology leader ( Sr. Engineering Manager). In DDP, we build technology products for VISA Digital domain and I am part of Technology platform team which builds products for all digital application. The products involves solving common problems, new technology capability or architectural solutions. Previously I was associated with Tesco (UK Based Retailer) for 10 years as Technology Expert (SDE2) contributing in multiple projects across geographies (US, UK, Turkey and China). Few projects to which I contributed are Take over project (US Fresh & Easy – taking over two of its vendors) Transitions projects ( Turkey and China - Oracle ERP Financial development and support to India )New product build – building platform for GMIS from financials side Transformation projects – Moving from in-house to cloud To stay with technology I keep updating myself with certifications few to list are• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer • AWS Solution Architect Associate • PMP• Python – Internal to VISA My key skills include partnering with Senior level Leadership and driving Business and People / Culture / Transformation agenda coupled with deep transformation & change management experiences. As people manager I am responsible for making sure my team grows and focus on delivery rather than designation and promotions by getting quality work and providing them a healthy ecosystem to learn.
