Hello everyone!I love meeting and talking to new people, and that\'s what encouraged me to take a plunge in the investment banking profile. Largely practicing in the domain of fundraising, where we talk to various banks, NBFCs, VCs, VDs, AIFs, Angel investors amongst others. From gaining technical experince of due diligence and evaluating companies at my previous stint at EY, I\'ve moved to an Investment banking profile, where I not just evalute companies, but also take a step forward to find a suitable funding partner for them, both in terms of debt as well as equity. Really enjoying streamlining the corporate finance of a company, connecting with founders, connecting with various investors and lendersDuring my previous stint at EY, in the deal advisory domain, I performed financial due diligences on behalf of the investors largely VCs/PEs amongst others investors. This helped me get a grip on numbers, made me technically more sound and explored to the world of M&A and corporate finance!Prior to EY, I worked as an article trainee for 3 years as a mandatory program under the CA curriculum to gain experience in the domain of Ind AS and IFRS implementation and advisory, Direct Taxation and indirect taxation, International tax and Transfer Pricing, Auditing and assurance, Advisory and compliance service.
