   As Co-Founder, I led the technology vision and execution of our food ordering platform for UK restaurants, ensuring it was both scalable and business-focused. My role combined product strategy with full-stack development to build a system that solved real operational challenges for restaurants while delivering a seamless customer experience. Key achievements include- Platform Development: Built a food ordering website tailored for restaurants, enabling them to expand reach and increase revenue. Integrated menu and stock management so availability was always accurate in real time- Customer Experience: Designed a status tracker for live order updates, added reorder-from-history functionality, and integrated Stripe payments and refunds for smooth transactions- Operational Automation: Automated bill printing directly on the restaurant’s printer whenever a new order was placed, reducing friction for staff- Impact & Adoption: The platform has successfully handled 10k+ orders and served 2k+ registered customers, establishing a trusted system for both restaurants and end users.As the technical co-founder, I not only built the core systems but also aligned technology decisions with business goals turning an idea into a fully functional, revenue-generating platform.
