Now I am working passionately to find better mobility solutions. Working as Product Development and Validation Engineer(Cell/batteries testing department) in E- mobility space. As R&D Engineer, I\'m Associated with the new product development team with the key responsibilities of Configuration, Testing, Validation, Data Analysis of Cells, and Battery Pack- I have in-depth knowledge of commercially available li-ion cells with different cell chemistry(NMC, NCA, LFP, LTO) and form factors (Cylindrical, Prismatic, Pouch)- I know how to select and configure cells in a battery pack to achieve desired voltage and capacities by considering cell performance, cost, safety, and specific energy- I\'m Able to develop Battery Packs with design specifications like KWh, Peak KW, C-Rates, S-P arrangement, pack-factor, specific energy, and energy capacity- I have strong design skills in developing battery architecture from cells to modules to packs- I\'m able to do cell benchmarking and Testing for various applications by following IEC, UL, UN, and ISO standards- I understand and follow National/International standards and safety norms to make a Li-ion battery Pack- I have a knowledge of BMS design, implementation, selection, and parameter testing for Synchronization with a battery pack- Operating and programming cell cycler at various C-rates and temperature for capacity and cell cycle life evaluationyou can connect me if you want to be part of Electric Vehicles transition and explore synergies Commitments, Presentation and leadership are the key skills of mine.
