This complex project includes four offshore platforms, a subsea pipeline, and floating systems, all designed to export BPD of crude oil to Very Large Crude Carriers.· Managed the engineering budget and schedule, ensuring on-time milestone delivery while maximizing cost-effectiveness, successfully completing the scope 15% under budget, achieving over $800K in savings.· Directed the engineering team (50+) in the development and delivery of 600+ deliverables, ensuring design integrity, constructability, and compliance with project objectives.· Oversaw the interfaces between topsides, subsea pipelines, and CALM Buoy system, driving the successful integration of the deepwater port design.· Delivered a Class 3 estimate for the topsides Total Installed Cost (TIC).
