Collaborate with Sales Team to review project scope, develop Master project plan.Directly manage the project core team, conduct regular project meetings, and ensure resource compliance with the project execution plan.Review project schedule with management and stakeholders, determine project KPIs, and manage contracts while leading customer relations.Monitor project costs and profitability forecast, contribute to cash flow reporting and variance analysis, and identify/manage/control project risks, opportunities, and contract margin improvement.Resolve internal and external issues, manage claims, provide status updates to key stakeholders, and obtain customer sign-off on deliverables.
